What should I do if someone invitie for a program on Sunday church time?

Question: What should I do if someone invite for a program on Sunday at the time of my church service? Should I attend the church or go to the program? Is it a sin if I skip the church?

Answer:
The best solution is to attend both programs, if you can manage the time. If the church and program is at different location, try to attend a church which is near to the venue of program. If both are at the same time, try to find a church anywhere with a service at different timing than of the program or even in a different day.

According to my point of view, even thought Bible speaks about keeping Sabbath as a commandment, no where it really says to go to church on every Sunday. But Jesus Christ said on Matthew 5:40 And if anyone wants to sue you and take your shirt, hand over your coat as well. 41 If anyone forces you to go one mile, go with them two miles. 42 Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you.

On behalf of these verses, I believe if someone invited for any program or event even on a Sunday or any other day in which we are engaged, we are responsible to accept the invitation and attend it with joy. If the invitation is for something that is against the bible or any commandment of Jesus Christ, we have to right to inform our unwillingness to come. Honestly if we do not accept the invitation without a valid reason, it is disobeying the commandment of Jesus Christ.

On the same time, to not attend the church is not a sin directly for it was not commaded to attend church as a commandment. But if we skip church often, it will affect our spiritual life and the relationship we have with God, that can lead us to sin and to fall shortly.

So when concluding, to attend church is also important and to attend a program someone invited us is also important.

It is NOT OKAY to have some extra pounds unless you have a disease that caused it and cannot be treated or cured. It can be a sin too if it affects you and others physically or mentally.

There are people who will preach and teach it is okay to have few extra pounds and even comfort you by saying it is okay to have few extra pounds. I believe they are neither preaching, nor teaching the truth and destroying your life by advising you so. They claim God created you to be like that and it is a sin or wrong to not accept it. They push and promote people to satisfy in their few extra pounds. But it is completely wrong doctrine.

Obesity cannot be compared to your features with which you are born such as skin tone, hair color, eye color, height, shape and so on. You cannot choose to born in the features you like or wanted. Because of that I also agree that we should love ourselves how we are created naturally. Obesity is what we become by ourselves or with regards to how we are raised, after all of us are born more or less similar.

DESTROYING GOD'S TEMPLE: 1 Corinthians 2:16,17. "Do you not know that you are a temple of God and that the Spirit of God dwells in you? If any man destroys the temple of God, God will destroy him, for the temple of God is holy, and that is what you are.

You are the temple of God and the Holy Spirit dwells in you. If any man(including yourselves) destroys the temple of God(including your temple), God will destroy him(you) for the temple of God is holy and that is what you are.

Some people consider this verse is only asking you to not kill others. Personally I believe this verse can be applied more to people destroying their own bodies than people murdering others because there are more people in which world who destroys themselves more than people who kill others.

We can understand easily how people destroy themselves(bodies) by using things like various drugs, alcohol, smoking, poison and so on. But the fact is that it is just a few things. There are many times more people who destroy their body by not taking care of it from gaining few extra pounds, not taking proper treatments, exercise. People who destroy their bodies by adventure, suicide, carelessness, not by taking warnings, dangerous sports, bad and unhygienic food and so on.

Honestly speaking, if you are careless about the food and amount of food you eat and if you are not doing proper exercise and measures to reduce gained weight, Definitely you are destroying your body and it is wrong in front of the eyes of God.

AFFECTS YOU AND OTHERS: If you have few extra pounds, it will not only affect you, but also others also. Understand how it can affect others and take it as a challenge to transform you for yourselves and others by not being selfish.

Obesity can affect you directly by having issues like heart diseases and stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, some cancers, gallbladder issues, osteoarthritis, Gout and Sleep Alena. But it not only affects you alone. It can make you down physically and mentally and destroys your confidence and capabilities. It can affect your relationships, social activities, family life, work life, sex life and so on.

If you become sick or die because of any diseases related to obesity which you could have controlled earlier. Your will make a lot of people so sad such as your family, relatives, friends and all other who loves you. If you have a life partner and if you are not able to give them a relationship they wanted which includes your health, active sex, playing with children, not being there for them can be cruel. It will be also cruel to show that life style to your kids as well. 

GOD DO NOT NEED YOU TO HAVE A BEACH / MODEL BODY: What God expect from you is that to be healthy all the time. He do not want anyone including you to be affected with your few extra pounds. It is not necessary to have a beach body or body like a model with ABS, perfect curves, muscles, biceps, chest and so on. You just have to understand the best shape of yours and can aim for that. It will be nice to have a number and calculation to analyze yourselves and to take care whenever you gain weight.

A simple equation you can use which I use is,

Ideal Weight: Weight in Kilo grams = Height in Cm's -(minus) 100

plus or minus 15% for women and 10% for men.

Example: I am 180 Cm's in height. So my ideal weight is 80 Kg. Plus of minus 10% for men(70-90 Kg)

NATURALLY OR BORN FAT(Reasons Out of Your Control): Basically there is nothing like naturally fat and most of all babies are born with almost equal. What makes them different is what they are fed after they are born and depends on if they are adopting a healthy or unhealthy food habits. So no matter how bad you were fed and how unhealthy your food habits are, you can still decide to change and get the best shape in your life. There are thousands of real stories all over Internet(including videos in YouTube) about people who transformed and use it to inspire you and if they can do that you can definitely do that.

DISEASE: There are certain diseases that can cause people to gain few extra pounds and keep on gaining extra pounds. If you have such a disease for which there is no treatment is available, then you have an excuse for your few extra pounds. One of the major reasons people gain few extra pounds is because of the thyroid issue and there are many treatments available now a days for that.

PERSONAL TESTIMONY: I also have a testimony about gaining few extra pounds. I will share it to help you. I was having an athletic structure naturally even though I was not into any active sports or anything. I love food so much and used to eat whatever and as much as I can eat. In 2012, I have bought a barbecue grill and I really like the taste of barbecued foods and it has became a part of my life. Within a month, my body, especially by belly became so thick with fat and I neglected and keep going. After 4 months, one day I had a situation to run for an emergency and in between I got so tired, my breathing stopped, eyes got blurry and felt sudden headache or heaviness in my head. It was an eye opening incident for me and I realized my mistake of not taking care of my body and how it has affected my health. That day I made by decision and stopped barbecued food and sold my grill within few days. Also searched for some good programs to reduce weight from Internet and found one(There were many. What I found and did was Beach body Insanity by Shaun T). It took me nearly 2 months of real hard work to get back to my early shape. And now I am always careful about my health and still do it occasionally when I realize I have gained few pounds.

GOD CAN HELP YOU: Maybe some of you are in a situation in which they think they cannot help it even though they understand what I have told and would like to do something. Don't worry. That is why we have a God for us. Just think about this. Do you know how many people in this world had achieved a complete body transformation from their obesity just by their will power and determination. How much more you can do if God can also help you and support you. Use their stories also to inspire you. If they can do it, Definitely you can do it. Philippians 4:13, I can do all this through him who gives me strength.

Ask forgiveness for your mistake of unhealthy food habit, not taking treatment if you have a disease, not for doing exercise or activities to take care of your body. Pray to God to help you make a strong decision and to stand strong for that decision to control your unhealthy food life and to heal you from any diseases which is causing you to gain few extra pounds and to make exercise a part of your life. Pray for God to accompany you and help you with your mission to reduce weight. You will feel very tired and to give up especially up to losing 50% of your extra pounds. God can help you to not give up until you reach your perfect shape and weight. To give you strong determination and will power. And beyond all to start working out everyday until you reach your perfect shape in which God and everyone want to see you.

‘DENY JESUS’ or ‘DIE NOW’. What will you opt?

If someone threaten you with a gun and gave you two options, ‘DENY JESUS’ or ‘DIE NOW’. What will you opt?

Answer:

I will opt to DENY JESUS. It is not because I really want to deny Jesus, but it is what God wants me to do at that situation to handle the situation by wisdom. Some may think it will be a sin to deny their Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ and they may even lose their position in heaven. That is just because of their lack of right understanding of the bible.

To all who opt to DIE NOW, my questions are,

Do you think Peter is in hell now for he denied Jesus Christ 3 times and even cursed Jesus? NO. (Matthew 26:24, Mark 14:71 )

Did Jesus Christ denied Peter for denying Him and cursing Him? NO.(John 21:12-25)

If NO, Why do you think that you will go to hell or Jesus Christ will deny you?

If Peter acknowledged Jesus Christ at that moment, they might caught Peter and killed or crucified him. In that case, there won’t be no more Peter for Jesus to restore him back and to use him as a mighty tool for the spread of gospel. That is not the purpose Jesus had with Peter. Jesus preferred Peter to deny him and fulfill his purposes rather than acknowledging Him and die.

Friends, Rather than facing the bullet with a wide opened bosom, God wants you to use your wisdom at these kinds of situations. You may think it will be courageous and there will be some special reward to die like that for Jesus Christ. I absolutely doubt even such people will go to heaven because it is just like committing suicide if they did not try to escape when they had a chance.

There are many situations in which Jesus escaped when Jews tried to kill him. John 8:59, At this, they picked stones to throw at Him. But Jesus hid Himself and slipped away from the temple area. John 10:39, And again they tried to seize him, but he escaped their  grasp.” Jesus escaped the situations by God’s help, by using His wisdom and physical movement. He could have stood there and to escape from the scenario can be considered as, not standing strong for God, not willing to die for God, not willing to die for His mission, not courageous and bold, etc.

Why do you think Jesus escaped the situations? The fact is Jesus Christ escaped those situations because it is not God’s time for him to die. If He opt to give Himself to death at that time, it will be like committing suicide without accomplishing the things He was sent for. That was not even going to be pleasant in the eyes of God Father. At the time for Jesus to die, He did not attempted to escape because He knew that it was His time to die and God won’t help Him as well to escape.

So what should I do? You have to use God’s help, your wisdom and try your best to escape from that situation alive by denying Jesus. Understand that it is not a sin to deny Jesus at that kind of moments and God will not deny you as well. In case even if you are seeking for an opportunity like that to die also you don’t have to worry about missing the opportunity to die thinking if you've missed God’s time and God made opportunity for you to die. Because if it is God’s time for you to die even if you escape, you will die somehow.

Now some of you might be confused about, Matthew 10:32 “Whoever acknowledges me before others, I will also acknowledge before my Father in heaven. 33 But whoever disowns me before others, I will disown before my Father in heaven.” Yes. Jesus said to do so in normal situation. Even we know that it is also not fair to deny Jesus in any general situations before our relations, friends, colleagues, etc. But it is not to acknowledge Jesus in a situation of threat for your life. Also understand that Peter denied Jesus after Jesus said these words.

BUT, there is another scenario in which it is going to happen. It is at the time of tribulation and reign of Antichrist, if someone threaten you and give you two options, MARK OF ANTICHRIST IN FOREHEAD / HAND or DIE NOW. Surely you must opt to DIE NOW because if you opt the other, you will not go to heaven as bible makes it very clear that those who accepts the mark of Antichrist will not go to heaven. At that time, be happy to opt DIE NOW because surely you can go to heaven and it would be better to die rather than living at the time of tribulation. Revelation 13.

Is it okay for a young man to marry an older women according to the Bible?

Yes. It is absolutely okay for a young man to marry an older women according to the bible. Many Christians and church do not know that this kind of marriages are supported in bible. They preach and teach this kind of marriages as a sin or unfair in the eyes of God and hesitate to approve such kind of marriages.

Base in the bible 1:

In Genesis 38:8, we can see that Judah asking his second son to marry Tamar, the wife of his first son. “Sleep with your brother’s wife and fulfill your duty to her as a brother-in-law to raise up offspring for your brother.”

What made you think that his second son is younger than Tamar?

I believe he is younger than Tamar because, later we can see his second son also died and he said to Tamar to wait until his third son grows up until becomes able to get married. Gen.38:11 "Then Judah said to Tamar, his daughter-in-law, "Go back to your parents' home and remain a widow until my son Shelah is old enough to marry you."

What do you think is able to get married?(Guess)

It makes it very clear that his third son was much younger than Tamar. And if Judah made such an offer, I believe it was absolutely okay to marry a women who is older and there were many who were married like that also.

Base in the bible 2:

Deuteronomy 25:5 If brothers are living together and one of them dies without a son, his widow must not marry outside the family. Her husband’s brother shall take her and marry her and fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to her. 6 The first son she bears shall carry on the name of the dead brother so that his name will not be blotted out from Israel. 7 However, if a man does not want to marry his brother’s wife, she shall go to the elders at the town gate and say, “My husband’s brother refuses to carry on his brother’s name in Israel. He will not fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law to me.” 8 Then the elders of his town shall summon him and talk to him. If he persists in saying, “I do not want to marry her,” 9 his brother’s widow shall go up to him in the presence of the elders, take off one of his sandals, spit in his face and say, “This is what is done to the man who will not build up his brother’s family line.” 10 That man’s line shall be known in Israel as The Family of the Unsandaled.

Now, my question is, what made you think/guess that all brother in laws are elder than their sister in laws?

If the dead person is the eldest, his young brother who might be younger than his dead brother's wife is commanded to marry her and to fulfill the duty of a brother-in-law.

For all those false teachers, the following commandment given by God through Moses will be more than hard to bear because since from the time of this commandment there will be ten thousands of young men who go got married to a older women based on this commandment. And I believe if to marry a older women was not biblical, it would have been clearly specified along with that commandment.

Base in the bible 3:

Matthew 22: 24 “Teacher,” they said, “Moses told us that if a man dies without having children, his brother must marry the widow and raise up offspring for him. 25 Now there were seven brothers among us. The first one married and died, and since he had no children, he left his wife to his brother. 26 The same thing happened to the second and third brother, right on down to the seventh.

My question is, How do you compare the age of this women to the age of youngest brothers? Based on various things, I assume that women is surely elder than not less than 3 or 4 of that younger brothers.

So based on these 3 strong evidences from bible, I would recommend not to prohibit marriages of older women to younger man saying that it is not supported on the basis of the bible.

What are God's plan and will about my life?

What are God's plan and will about my life? What if I didn't or failed to go through that?

It is a very good thing to seek, know and follow God's plan/will about our life. To know these, it is very necessary to understand the strategy of God regarding how God set plans about our life. As human beings, we think and believe that God has predestined all the things that is going to happen in our life and we just go through it in His appointed time. We even believe that our life is controlled based on that predestined plans of God. But the fact is not like that.

There is a very important thing called 'Free Will' that coordinates and manages the plans/will of God in our life. God has predestined our beginning to end and it is entirely based on our free will as well as the free will of those who control our life such as parents, partner, children and friends.

To make it more clear, I would like to compare it with a big flowchart. Our life is like a flowchart in which there is a start and there is an end. Our life flow through the flowchart based on all the decisions we make according to our free will. God knows the whole flowchart of our life, no matter which ever decisions we make in life. An easy example to understand it can be the decisions we made regarding our education or career. After your primary education at school, we have to make a decision to choose further education. We have many options like medicine, engineering, artist, accounting, programming and so on. God knows how our entire life is going to be, no matter whatever we opt. There is no need for God to re-plan our life based on the decisions we make because He already is well aware of our destination irrespective of our decisions.

So before we seek the will of God, we have to understand that it is not just one option that is ultimately the best option for us to take a decision. In the above example, suppose, there is nothing like a person should take the path of medicine for his life to be successful in life. Maybe even if he choose accounting also, it is going to be good for him, while engineering or programmer maybe not a good option for him. So it is okay for us to aim for something that is going to be a good option for us. Another good example is marriage. I would say that God have a complete flowchart about your life with more than the number of partners all over the world. Many people think like God has made one partner for them and they have to get them no matter what for their life to be successful. It is just an imagination like daydream. The fact is that there are thousands of partners that will be good for you according to the plan/will of God and all you have to do is to try to get one good partner among that. Else it will be not possible to explain remarriages, being single, late marriages, divorces and so on.

What If I Failed To Go Through That?

It is not possible for us to go through God's plan and will about our life. Whatever plans or decisions we made, God have the complete plans about it to our very end. But it is necessary to make decisions from options which will be very good for our future. Many times God won't give us clear directions about what decisions to make in life and sometimes He prevent us from taking some decisions because He knows that our future is going to be miserable if we opt that. In many other cases, God just remain very silent and want to see what decisions we make in life. Because we do not know clearly what decisions God want us to take, it is always important to pray and think well before making decisions.

Another thing to understand is that our life will not be successful based on one single decision we make. For example, if a person realized from God that it would be the best option for him to opt for engineering and he opted engineering. But his flowchart will have factors that control his life such as weather he studied well, yes/no, weather he given himself for drugs/addictions, yes/no and so many such things and only if he take the right decisions in all of that, then only he can be successful.

From Bible:

There are many examples in the bible to prove that we are free to make our own decisions and God's plan about our life depends and varies upon every single decision or action of us. The plan about Adam and Even changed when they sin. Abraham when he left his home town. The plans about Israel. About making Saul as king and removing him as king. About promising almost all the kings that God will bless them if they walk in the ways of God and not if they don't walk in God's ways. About Samson, Jonah, David, Daniel and so many other examples are there all over the bible.

Specific incidents: Abram fell into a deep sleep causing Israelites to live in Egypt as slaves for four hundred years. (Gen.15) Jehoash was limited 3 times to take victory over Aram just because he struck in the ground with arrows only 3 times. Deuteronomy 28 is an amazing chapter that gives a detailed plan of God of Israelites if they obey and disobey. His plans was clear and predestined already even if they obey or disobey and He has given the complete free will for them to obey or disobey.

So I pray for you to be able to take the decisions in life in which your future will be safe and happy in the hands of God.

Whom Should Christians Pray To? (God, Son of God or Holy Spirit)

Due to the reason that God(Father), Son of God(Son) and Holy Spirit are mentioned as God, Vast majority of Christians do not know and not bothered about whom to pray exactly according to the word of God. But bible clearly instruct us whom to pray and I believe it is very necessary to do exactly as it says.

Christians usually have a tendency to pray to Jesus Christ, knowingly or unknowingly. You assume you are praying to Jesus Christ because of your love and intimacy. The fact is you are doing it due to your ignorance or due to your lack of attention when praying.

In bible, Jesus teach us as a commandment is to pray to Heavenly Father. Matthew 6:6 “But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your FATHER, who is unseen.” Matthew 6:9 “This, then, is how you should pray: “‘Our FATHER in heaven, hallowed be your name. 

All the prayers in Bible was made to God LORD in the Old Testament as well as new testament. You can see all the list of references in the end. There is not even in a single prayer or single instruction in bible that allows you to even pray to Jesus.

What is wrong in praying to Jesus Christ?

The only wrong in praying to Jesus Christ is disobeying His own commandment, “Pray to your Father”. We are not even permitted to pray to Jesus Christ due to our love and intimacy. Because Jesus says in Matthew 7:21 that, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.” And again Jesus instruct us in John 14:15 "If you love me, obey my commandments.”

Can I pray to Jesus because Son is in Father and Father in Son?

In bible Jesus has made it clear that anyone who has seen me has seen the Father(John 14:9) and if you really know me, you will know my Father as well(John 14:7). But Jesus did not, “who is praying to me has prayed to my Father.” Despite of that Jesus also commanded to pray to Heavenly Father when you pray. 

Can I pray to Jesus because Son and Father are same after resurrection?

Some Christians says that it is alright to pray to Jesus Christ, because there is no difference between Father and Son after crucifixion and resurrection. It is completely wrong because we can see in the book of Revelation which is written after resurrection that Jesus introducing himself again as son of God. Rev.2:18, “These are the words of the Son of God” and again Jesus representing Heavenly Father as His God in, Rev. 3:7 Before my Father, 12, In the temple of My God, the name of My God, 21. Sat down with my Father on his throne. As well as bible clearly says what happened after crucifixion and resurrection is that God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name.(Phil.2:9)

Can I marry my lover who is a non believer?

Yes and No. If you are a believer and follower of Jesus Christ, the best and wisest thing you can do is to not marry your lover as a non believer. But Yes; you can marry him/her, if you can make him a believer by accepting Jesus Christ as personal savior and follow your faith. And No if you fail to achieve it.

Even though it is best to find a partner who is a believer, on the basis of various circumstances and weaknesses, it is quite normal to fall in love with a non believer. In that situation, it is your choice to marry him as a non believer or believer. Many christian believers compromise their faith in order to marry a non believer. Those who marry that person as a non believer are literally surrendering their faith and love for God, for the love of a human. What am saying is to make your lover a believer and then marry him. You may think it is impossible, but it is quite easy with the help of God and there are lot of people who successfully achieved this.

Why is it necessary to marry a believer?

Couples sometimes feel bad if their partner eat without with them. It will not be practical to follow Jesus without the support of your partner. We all know that a married life will not be easy if our partners have disagreement on certain important things such you want children, where to live, etc. To have disagreement in God and prayer is even worse than that. A family that prays together can stay together at the time of challenges and adverse situations and your partner can support you spiritually when you need support. It will also avoid conflict regarding on whose faith the children should brought up with. Even if these things may appear not important when you are in the fire of love, once married and when your first love and passion cools down, these will appear to you as some issues which you can not resolve.

MAKING YOUR PARTNER A BELIEVER

You can make your partner a believer by following few simple things and before that you have understand some basic things which you have to always keep in mind.

Basic Things:

1. Understand that this procedure will not happen within a day or week. It will take from 3 months to 6 months approximately.
2. Understand that you cannot achieve this by imposing or by any means or quarreling or external pressure.
3. You have to pray for your lover everyday that their eyes to be opened and to accept the truth about God and to follow God and His commandments.
4. Believe that nothing is impossible for God and whatever your lover’s religion or god is, or even if he is an atheist, it is not a hard thing for God to touch his life and change his life.

First Phase: Find an opportunity and smoothly tell your lover about Jesus Christ; how much you love God and tell all your major experiences with God. Gradually he will soon develop an interest in God because there is always a tendency in all of us to find interest in the likes of our partners. Once he show any small symptom of interest, tell him the benefits and necessity to develop a personal relationship with God. Then guide him to develop a relationship with God by reading bible, praying and attending church.

Gradually make sure that he is reading a certain number of chapters or pages from bible and pray for a certain period of time. It is very important that he does this everyday. At first he may feel bored or tired, but it is okay to make him read by your love. As his interest grew, gradually increase talking about Godly things and understand and support him in the area where he needs help. Even if he might have started to do these things for you, surely he will develop an interest for himself within a time of 1 to 2 months.

Second Phase: Within a period of 3 months, you can notice tremendous difference in his words and actions as well as changes in behavior and character and by that you can make sure that h is growing spiritually. Understand that when he develop a personal relationship with God, he will also develop an interest to follow your faith and your God. Then you can guide him to involve in other activities at church and gradually take water baptism. After that you will be also able to guide him to receive the baptism of Holy Spirit. Along with these, you can also help them to follow the other commandments of Jesus.

Regarding Marriage: By his words, actions, behavior and character, you can know if he is growing spiritually. Even though it is okay for both of you to get married once he has taken the water baptism, the best thing is to wait until he is baptised with the Holy Spirit. Because once he received the Holy Spirit, it will be a great confirmation for him to realize that all things he believed was true and he will be so thankful for you. This can also give him the power to stand for Jesus Christ even if he has to face any opposition that may arise from his family, relatives or friends and regarding following this new faith or to getting married to you. Also by any chance if he was just pretending and making you a fool all these time, he cannot do the same to receive Holy Spirit. So once he received the baptism of Holy Spirit, you can confirm 100% that he is good. And beyond you can be proud for gaining a soul and surely God's blessing and favor will be there upon your marriage.

What if he is not interested?

If his love is true, he will surely be interested within a certain period of time. In such cases, gradually and slowly take your relationship to a situation in which you tell him that, if you want me, you have to read bible and pray like I guide you. Do not tell that you are going to get me only if you accept my God and my faith because by giving external pressure, we are not going to get the result we want.

Try your best to tell him and explain him that accepting Jesus Christ is the best thing you ever had in your life and you are assure that Jesus Christ is the Lord by various things such all your testimonies, Holy Spirit and the gifts of Spirits. Tell him that more than anything else, what you want is for him to know the truth about God which I know. Make him in situations with questions like, if you are not able to believe the most important truth in my life, how can I expect you to believe me in any other things?

You have to use your wisdom all these time because anything can happen during these situations. Maybe he will ask you to accept his faith and maybe even leave you saying that he don’t need you anymore. Understand that those words are all to make you feel that he is not interested in you with your God. At that time, you should also not give up. Tell him it is absolutely okay with you too because I love my God that much. After few days, if he come back ready to accept the things you said, you guide him to follow your God. In case he doesn’t come back, let him know clearly that, you will wait for 7 more days and warn him that you will say goodbye after that.

What to do if I fail?

Even after you tried your best and you failed, you have to understand the fact that his love is not true love. Remember the words of Ruth(gentile) who truly loved Naomi, Ruth 1:16 "Don't urge me to leave you or to turn back from you. Where you go I will go, and where you stay I will stay. Your people will be my people and your God my God.” If your lover’s love is true it can only produce the same result.

It is your choice weather to marry a person who cannot understand and accept the biggest truth in your life. How is your married life going to be successful if he cannot listen to one and the most important thing in your life. To be honest with you, whoever you are, it will not be hard to get any better partner than this hard hearted person. And finally you can write it down that, if you fail to achieve this before your marriage, never ever imagine that this is going to happen after marriage.

How to develop a personal relationship with God?

 In this world where majority of the people live a life without any personal relationship with God, I appreciate your desire to gain a personal relationship with God. I will explain very simply and clearly how to develop a personal relationship with God.

 To develop a personal relationship with anyone, the two most important things are,

To know about the person: If you want a relationship with a person, you want to know the true details about that person such as his likes and dislikes, character and behaviour, name and details, past, present and future life and acts.

To talk to that person: Even if you know the complete biography of a person and don’t ever talk to that person, you will never be able to develop a relationship with that person. Since the day you start talking, a relationship will begin and the more you talk with him, the more you will become closer to him.

 To develop a relationship with God is the same as to develop a personal relationship with anyone else.

 To know about God: To know about God, the best thing you can do is to start reading the bible which can give you all the details about God such as, who is God, where is He and how can we access Him, what are his likes and dislikes, how other people developed a relationship with God, how to please him, the past, present and future about God and His acts.

 To talk to God: To talk to God is another word to pray. Everyday you spent not less than 15 minutes talking to God about whatever is coming to your heart. Tell him your desire to know Him more and to develop a personal relationship with Him and ask Him to help you. Tell him about the situations you are going through, your wishes and tell what you want Him to do in your personal life, family, profession or business.

 If you can talk to God everyday within a while, you will be able to see the favor and blessings of God in many areas of your life. From my experience by helping lot of people to get closer to God, I would say it will take normally from 3 months to 6 months depends on how strong is your desire, commitment and dedication to know God. If you can read bible and pray 90% of 6 months for yourselves with a sincere desire, I can guarantee that you will assuredly develop a personal relationship with God and will experience and encounter God in your life.

Why is it hard for rich man to enter heaven?

Matthew 19:23 "Truly I tell you, it is hard for someone who is rich to enter the kingdom of heaven."

It is hard for a rich man to enter heaven simply because it is hard for him to depend God. God love His children to depend Him for each and everything. God love us to depend Him for all our needs which includes all life sustaining needs such as food, water, healing, etc. and all material needs such as dress, footwear, shelter, electronics, vehicle, etc. and mental needs such as happiness, peace, hope, faith and spiritual needs such as salvation, holiness, Holy Spirit, protection, etc. and other needs such as education, job, wisdom, knowledge, etc.

Depending God for all things can develop a very strong attachment with God. The attachment develops in a new born baby to his mother by depending her for almost everything is a very good example. Depending God for all our needs is quite easy and practically possible, when we don't have other options. When we have other options, depending God is not quite easy. Being rich or having plenty of money is an excellent option not to depend God, especially for our material needs. If we don't have any or enough money for our daily bread, we will pray literally from our heart to God to 'Give us this day our daily bread.' When we are rich, our daily bread will be available sufficiently and we don't depend God for the same. Most of all of us are becoming rich day by day. If we notice, we can realize that we do not depend God in our richness as we were in our poverty. Depending God for our health issues in poverty and depending medicines and physicians in our richness is a very common thing. Getting our material needs satisfied instantly by purchasing it with money rather than depending God is another example.

Progressively depending richness bring a person into a situation not to depend God for everything he is able to attain with his money. This will affect a person's relationship with God. It will reduce his trust in God and increase his trust in richness. After all it will bring the person into a situation where he will not be able to trust God for his needs and not in his riches. Let me ask each one of you the same question Jesus Christ asked to the rich man more clearly.

Can you sell Everything you posses today, Trust God and Face tomorrow?

If you cannot, look back to the time you don't posses much riches. Then you will realize that there was a time you were able to do so because you trusted God so much and gradually your trust now changed from God to money. This is the same thing happened with the young rich man. He is not able to trust that God will be able to nurture him if he sell his riches.

Hope you understand now why is it hard for rich man to enter heaven.

To Pray or To Conquer

Prayer is a great method God has placed for us to submit our supplications before Him and to receive our needs. But prayer cannot give answer for all our needs because there are also things God want us to obtain by conquering.

It's quite easy to receive things by prayer because it is like spoon feeding and it's quite difficult to receive things by conquering because we need fight using our power and strength to conquer something. Learning to achieve things by prayer increase our faith, but learning to achieve things by conquering make us warriors. 

After all it's all a part of training by God. A perfect example for this is God leading the Israelites from Egypt. To lead the Israelites from Egypt, God heard their prayer. But in order to acquire the promised land, God wanted Israelites not to pray, but to conquer.

Lack of wisdom and understanding sometimes prevent people of God from realizing when to pray and when to conquer. Basically in order to receive things from God we need to pray. It is simply because it is not practical to conquer and achieve something from God like what Jacob did. Also our God is so good and gracious to answers to those who ask Him. It is clear from the words of Jesus, Matthew 7:11 "how much more will your Father in heaven give good gifts to those who ask him!"

But what about the things which is not under the superior control of God or in other words things God has released or given permission to us to go and get by conquering. A perfect example for this is Israelites conquering their promised land, given/released by God for them by war.

Likewise today God has given the permission and authority to conquer our rights, blessings, freedom and healings from all rulers, authority, power and dominion, of this dark world. By the way, the weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. (2 Corinthians 10:4)

Our weapons are,

Prayer: To pray and pray until you receive it.

Word of God: Use the word of God to pray and command until you receive the answer.

Name of Jesus Christ: Command in the name of Jesus Christ for your need to be released, to remove everything that is blocking your blessing and to change the adverse situations.

Proclaim: Proclaim to yourselves, others, air, situations, angels and devil what you believe with boldness.

Believe: Believe and believe that all the activities you do by faith will change the situations and hold on to what you believe and proclaim even on adverse situations.

Never Give Up: If you decided to receive something by conquering, never ever give up. Go forth until you receive it.

Do Not Imagine God

What is wrong with Imagining God?

It's quite human and natural to imagine things which we know and don't know. There are only few things which human beings cannot imagine, like the biggest number, the size of universe, etc. But there is only one thing man can never imagine. It's no one else other than Almighty God, the creator and sustainer of everything in the universe. 

Imagining God includes visualizing or modelling the shape of God, size of God, glory of God, acts of God, voice of God, power of God, ability of God, reason for creation of God. An after effect of imagining God is why we can see today god limited to papers and metals as idols. Limiting God, the creator of whole universe, by creating any idols and thinking that an idol we create represent God on earth is utter foolishness. It's not a sin to think about imagining God. But it is foolishness as well as sin to imagine and conclude that this is God because God is ineffable. Imagining God includes visualizing or modelling the shape of God, size of God, glory of God, acts of God, voice of God, power of God, ability of God, reason for creation of God.God is too great and too extreme to be imagined. The imagination of all human beings combined and the combination of all super computers ever made are not necessary to came to a conclusion after imagining God.

According to me, imagining God is an example for the limitation of thinking ability of human beings. They are putting limits to their own imagination and their imagination and maturity has not grown enough to realize that God is ineffable. A perfect example is that if we ask children of different ages or same children at different ages, 'what is the highest number?' Small children say 10 and little more big children say 100 and then 1000 etc. That is what they can imagine according to their age. It will take a while for them to be grown up and realize that actually there is nothing like a highest number because numbers are infinite. Similar to that, those who imagine and conclude that this is God or that is God are setting limitation to God by themselves.

This is why bible teach us to call upon the name of our LORD. It's not asking us to imagine God. Also bible makes it very clear that, God is Spirit and the creature cannot create back the creator. Wherever in bible, someone had an encounter with God, they are realizing themselves that God is ineffable and inexpressible. And what they witness as they have seen God is just a part of what God reveal to themselves, because no human can stay alive after seeing God and bible says no one has ever seen God as He is. When we pray, praise and worship God, all God is asking us to do is to do it in the name of God. LORD(also translated as Jehovah, Yah, YHWH) is His name. And other than Yesuva(Familiar as Jesus Christ), for our salvation, there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. In the period of New Testament, we have to approach Father God Yahweh in the name of Son of God Yesuva.

To Whom Should We Pray?

To Whom Should We Pray?; Who do we pray to, the Father, the Son, or the Holy Spirit?

Answer:

Without knowing to whom we are praying is like talking to a crowd without specifying the person. It is very important to know to whom we are praying and, to pray to whom we have to pray. Praying unlike is also a disobedience to God's commandments when bible makes it clear to whom and how we should pray.

Today people pray to Heavenly Father, Son of God and to Holy Spirit without knowing whom to pray. In bible, Jesus Christ makes it very clear that we should pray only to our Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ. No one person, No where in the bible prayed unlike that. 

Jesus Christ taught us in Matthew 6:6, When you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Again, In Mat.6:9, “This, then, is how you should pray: “Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name,...."

Jesus Christ is telling us why we should pray in His name in John 14:13, And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.

We can also use the following Names of our Heavenly Father when we pray.

• Abba: "Father" (Mark 14:26; Rom. 8:15; Gal. 4:6)
• El Shaddai: All Sufficient God (Rev. 1:8;  Gen. 17:1)
• El Elyon: The Most High God (Heb. 7:1; Gen. 14:20; Psalm 9:2)
• Elohim : God (2 Cor. 9:7)
• Avinu Shebashamayim: Our Heavenly Father (Matt. 6:9; Luke 11:2)
• Adonai Elohim: The LORD God (Acts 3:22; Gen. 2:4)
• Haggo'el: Lord God Almighty; Lord God of Hosts (Rev. 15:3)

NB: Only major names of Heavenly Father from bible are listed.

Praying to Jesus Christ:

It is very common for all of us(including me) to have a tendency to pray to the Son of God, Jesus Christ because of our love towards our savior who died on the cross for us. But the Better way to show our love towards Jesus Christ is to obey His commandment by praying to God, the Heavenly Father in Jesus Christ name. Because Jesus Christ said in John 14:23 "Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching."

Some people confuse us with the oneness of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. But even when they are one, throughout the bible we can see that the supremacy goes to the Heavenly Father. Some people even says that the difference between Jesus Christ and Heavenly father was only before the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ. Absolutely No!. It is clear that  
Jesus Christ, Son of God gave supremacy to Heavenly Father even after resurrection from His own words in Revelation  3:12, 'He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he shall go out no more. I will write on him the name of My God and the name of the city of My God, the New Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven from My God. And I will write on him My new name.'

Praying to Anybody else:

Praying to Heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ is the only method bible teaches us. Jesus Christ also clearly mentioned that, (Matthew 11:27) "All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him." If No one else knows the Father other than the Son, there is no other name than Jesus Christ in which we can pray to God.

A sample prayer:

'Heavenly Father, I pray to You that all people who read this article can understand to whom they should pray and the importance of praying to You in the name of Jesus Christ. Please give them the heart to pray likewise. In the name of Jesus Christ I pray.' Amen!

Genesis 6:1 And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born unto them, 2 That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. 3 And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. 4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.

Story/History Explained in my own words:

Human beings was increasing on the face of earth. The daughters born to man was very beautiful in those days. Angels(sons of God) which is also known as watcher angels or guardian angels fall in love with the daughters of men. A group such angels decided to leave their position as an angel of God because of their free will and left heaven and heavenly glory and came to earth to marry the daughters of men. They are mentioned in bible later as fallen angels.

When the left heaven, they also lost their angelic body and they transformed to a body like that of human being. (I don't know now if they were able to shift their bodies to human and angelic body according to their wish). Then they married the daughters of men and made sexual relationship with them. The daughters of men became pregnant by the angels of God and gave birth to a new kind of human beings called 'Giants'.

Giants had comparatively larger, mighty, skilled and intelligent than normal human beings. They have great knowledge about heaven, herbs, earth, secrets of earth, etc by the knowledge they received from their fathers, angels. Even though initially things were going smooth, later they became a threat to the pure human beings remained on the face of earth because of their evil acts. Thus God destroyed all the giants and human beings, except Noah and family by the flood and made the first group of fallen angels prisoners.

After a while when again human beings increased on the face of earth, Then the second group of angels fall in love with the daughters of men again and produced giants again on the face of earth. These giants are later destroyed by God by the Israelis after calling them out of the land of Egypt. The second set of fallen angels were also imprisoned by God then.

Angels are sons of God: It is clear from bible that angels are also known as sons of God. The term is found only five times in the O.T and every time it is used of angels.
1. Gen.6:1, 4(Current topic)
2. Job 1:6 sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord. (If the sons of God, angels have to come to present themselves before the Lord, they will not be angels who are in the presence of God. Satan is in the face of earth since he is fallen and is also mentioned in Job 1:7 & 2: 2. If Satan have to come with sons of God, those sons of God, angels are also coming from Earth. , Job 2:1 Sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord.)
3. Job 38:7 When the morning stars sang together and all the sons of God shouted for joy. (Literally, when the Cherubims sang together and all the angels shouted for joy.)
4. Dan. 3: 25, 28: and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God. ; 28 who has sent his angel.
5. We can also see something so much connected to these angels in the epistle of Peter and Jude. 2 Pet.2:4-5: For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgement; 5 and spread not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing, in the flood upon the world of ungodly;
6. Jude 6: And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, he hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgement of the great day. (We can see that Jude compare the sin of these angels as that of the sins of people of Sodom and Gomorrha and it is clear that their sin is fornication. That means the sins of angels are also fornication.)

Sons of God are not human beings or holy men of God
1. Seth did not have a son until 235 years after creation, and his son did not have  a son until 325 years after creation(Gen 5:3, 6, 9) Where did these sons came from? They could not have been sons of Seth, for these marriages took place when men began to multiply in the very beginning of the race before Seth had sons of marriageable age. The term sons of God proves that they were the product of God, not of Seth. They were the fallen angels of 1Pet.3:19; 2 Pet. 2:4; Jude 6-7
2. If sons of God were ordinary men as daughters of men, it is naturally impossible to produce giants for a crossing of godly men and ungodly women cannot produce their offsprings as giants.

Fallen Angels Before and After Flood: Clearly there are two sets of fallen angels. Gen. 6:4 is a clear written evidence for that which says, ‘There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God’

It’s clear from bible that all living creatures except Noah and family is wiped out from the surface of the earth which literally means all giants are dead by the flood at the time of Noah. But we can still see giants after the flood. The possibility of a giant’s seed to remain in Noah’s family or the possibility for some giants to survive from the flood is null for the giants to come again of the face of earth after flood. And it makes it clear that there will be another set of fallen angels after that.

These second set of fallen angels again married daughters of men(from a generation of Noah’s offsprings) and thus the next set of giants started to born on the surface of the earth, who occupied the land of Canaan and nearby lands in advance of Abraham.

Giants were Sons of Sons of God: Gen. 6:4 makes it very clear and answer the question where do giants came from. When the sons of God married the daughters of men as before the flood, giants were again born to them.
1. The fact that  giants, or beings of abnormal size in body, have lived on earth is one of the most clearly stated truths in scripture. The Heb. nephil means giant, bully or tyrant (Gen. 6:4; Num. 13:33). That there were abnormal in bodily size is clear from the fact that men of Israel(normal human beings) were as grasshoppers in size compared to them. (Num.13:33).

The Anakims were a people great and tall in body (Dt. 1:28; 2:10, 11, 21; 9:2; Josh.11:21,22; 14:12-14). Anak himself was of the giants and if he and all Anakims were so big, we can be assured the other giants were also. (Num.13:22,33)

Ammon was the land of giants, for giants dwelled there in old time. (Dt. 2: 19,20)

The Emims were also great, many and tall as the Anakims. They dwelled in the land of Ammon from the old.(Dt. 2:19-21)

Og, the king of Bashan is described a a giant whose iron bed-stead  was about 18.5 feet long and 8 feet wide. (Dt.3:11, Josh.12:4, 13:12).

Repahim: All these giant nations came from a union of the songs of God and daughters of men after the flood. Beings of great stature, some of them even had 6 fingers and 6 toes on each foot and carried spears weighing from 10 to 25 lbs (2.Sam.21:16-22; 1 Chr. 20:4-8). Goliath whom David killed wore a coat of armor weighing from 10 to 25 lbs. and was about 13 feet tall.(1 Sam.17:4-6)

By the size of bed-stead of Og and Goliath’s height we can image that the approximate size of giants varied from 13 to 18 feet, which are about 3 to 4 times the size of human beings. In some books it was written that the giants among giants used to be of height up to 30 feet.

What is the truth behind Ouija board and demon possessing? Is it safe to play Ouija board? How can a normal board game possess a person with a demon or evil spirit?

Ouija board is a flat board marked with the letters of the alphabet, the numbers 0-9, the words 'yes, no, hello, and goodbye'. It is a registered trademark of Hasbro Inc., which markets and distributes board games. It uses a planchette (small heart-shaped piece of wood) or movable indicator to indicate the spirit's message by spelling it out on the board during a séance. Participants place their fingers on the planchette, and it is moved about the board to spell out words.

History: Introduced by businessman Elijah Bond on July 1890, the Ouija board was regarded as a harmless parlor game unrelated to the occult until American Spiritualist Pearl Curran popularized its use as a divining tool during World War I. Mainstream religions and some occultists have associated use of a Ouija board with the concept of demonic possession, and view the use of the board as a spiritual threat and have cautioned their followers not to use a Ouija board.

Ouija Board and Spirit of Dead:
An Ouija board can never bring a good or bad spirit of a dead when a person plays it. It is because even though human being is a spirit, it is not hanging around in the earth without a body as we think based on fiction. They are actually resting and will rise again at the coming back of Jesus Christ at the end times.

If someone was able to bring back the spirit of dead like that it would have been amazing because it can help to uncover many mysteries of the world by consulting them in the field of science, medicine, literature and so on. It will be also possible to capture the murderes and so many vast opportunities are there.

But even though it cannot being a spirit of the dead, it can create an opportunity of a demonic spirit to come and may be to also posses you. And unfortunately all demons are bad and there are no good demonic spirits.

Ouija Board and Demon Possessing:

Ouija Board can cause demon possession when a player(a user) plays in with an intention to speak to the dead or to a demon or evil spirit.

When someone play Ouija board with an intention to communicate to the dead or demon, they are welcoming a demon and making himself available to be possessed by the demon, by his own free will. If someone plays it only as a board game with no evil intention, fear or worries about speaking to the dead or demon, it can cause absolutely no demon possession to the player/user. The fact is, if anyone play any board games or speak or do anything with an evil intention, he is making an opportunity by himself to be possessed by a demon.

Another thing is everyone who play Ouija board will not be possessed. It depends basically on the will and availability of demon as well. No one can make sure that he will not be possessed because of their inability to tell when a demon is available or willing. Demons are a type of spiritual beings that exist on the face of earth. There are many people I know and uncountable number of testimonies I heard about people who are possessed by one or more demons because they opened a door in their life for the demons to enter. To be possessed by a demon is not a great thing to experience. There are many cases which resulted in severe diseases, death, mental disorder, murder and so on. So I encourage you to keep yourselves and others away from Ouija board or any such kind of things. And do not make yourself an opportunity for a demon to enter into your life by any of your words and acts.
