Usually I know people asking me these type of questions, when they feel sorry and sad by seeing the difficult situation of some disabled people. I also myself asked these question when I feel sorry for them. First of all disabled people are not some people out of the box. They also are people living in the society. There are two types of disabled people, one is those who are disabled from the birth itself and the other is those who became disabled after birth. The main thing which most people need to understand is God is not the reason for any human to be disabled.

God created only Adam from the soil and Eve from the rib of Adam and they did not have any disabilities as far as the knowledge of anyone. Every remaining human being is created by the multiplication of cells inside the womb of a woman from the first cell which got created when the sperm and egg met each other and the process is going on till now. What God is doing is just taking a spirit and place it inside the baby at the time of conception.
The birth of a baby with disabilities is due to human problems and can be due to some problems inside or outside the womb. We all know that birth defects are caused usually by the use of certain pesticides, fertilizers, chemicals and all. The presence of such type of items in human body is the real cause of the birth of disabled babies. The ultimate reason behind these is industries and all which are all created by man and man is the real cause behind.
In some other cases disabled children may born due to some problems with the mothers womb and due to lack of essential nutrients and proteins in the body of the mother. The reason behind these type of disabilities are also human beings. Medical science says that disabilities can happen to a child, even if their parents are using medicines for control menstruation, child birth and to increase sexual arouse, sperm count and all. And what is happening around us these days? Almost all disabilities are the side effects of one thing or another with human being as its reason. Why do we all need to blame God for all these things, which are really our fault.
The next is the case person disabled after birth. Usually these types of disabilities occur due to accidents or due to the same thing mentioned above which is due to the use to fertilizers, pesticides and all. Is God the reason behind accidents or pesticides. Never. This is also due to the human being. But I also agree that sin the reason is beyond all these problems and know very well that sin entered in this world through Adam and Eve. Here also we cannot blame God because Adam and Eve were also humans.
May be you are thinking what is God doing then. But what God is doing is He loves and cares for the disabled as if he is caring us. He loves the soul of the disabled and hope they too get saved and receive eternal life. Many times He is using the disabled to glorify His name through them. He like to heal those disabled who call upon His name and we can see it very well in the life of Jesus healing sicks. Jesus is alive today and is ready to heal the disabled. Some disabled do not get healed, even if they came near God because of God's special calling and plan in their life to be a model for many others for some purposes, but for those God will also give the mentality to face challenges in their life.
